Our company was founded by two fun-loving yet seriously dedicated guys from Boston whose love of the outdoors led them to open a sandwich company committed to serving high-quality, great-tasting food that inspires people to get out and explore.
We opened our first shop in 1999 in Steamboat Springs — a town in Colorado’s Yampa Valley — serving hearty provisions to professional guide services that needed food for their all-day excursions. Our customer base quickly grew and evolved into what it is today — a combination of weekend warriors, workday professionals and families looking for wholesome sandwiches to take with them to the park, an afternoon picnic or a high-alpine peak.
Now we’re offering you the opportunity to bring the same family-oriented, locally focused, welcoming sandwich-shop atmosphere to your community.
